Corporate partners

Help us close the Exposure Gap.

We work with organisations that want to increase social mobility by opening up access to people, places, possibilities and opportunities. The model is simple and practical.

  • 4kinds of exposure a partner can provide
  • Social valuemeasurable, reportable ESG outcomes
  • Foundinga select first group of partners, from 2026

The invitation

Access to a real workplace is the one thing only you can give.

A charity can convene people, run a programme and measure the outcome. It cannot put someone inside a trading floor, a construction site, a hospital lab or a design studio. That door opens from your side.

We are seeking a select group of Founding Corporate Partners who share our belief that opportunity should not be determined by background, network or circumstance.

What partners provide

Four kinds of exposure.

Lead with places — access to workplaces is the contribution nobody else can make.

People

Senior leaders, subject-matter experts, entrepreneurs, mentors and role models — through speaking, panels, mentoring and career insight sessions.

Places

Offices, major projects and sites, public institutions, innovation hubs and universities — through workplace visits, insight days and behind-the-scenes tours.

Possibilities

Career pathways, industry insight, leadership journeys and emerging sector trends — interactions that challenge what people assume is out of reach.

Opportunities

Mentoring, work experience, internships, job shadowing, introductions and development programmes — converting exposure into progression.

What partners gain

Impact you can report, and people who remember it.

Partnership delivers against the things your organisation already has to evidence.

  • Social mobility impact

Contribute directly to social mobility and community development.

  • Social value and ESG

Deliver measurable social value and reportable ESG outcomes.

  • Future talent

Reach and develop future talent at an earlier stage than most pipelines.

  • Employee engagement

Give staff a meaningful, structured way to volunteer their expertise.

  • Visible commitment

Demonstrate a real commitment to inclusion and opportunity.

  • Community relationships

Build stronger relationships with the communities you operate in.
